Private limited company registration

Registration of COA, Moa, Din, Tin, Gst Etc

About this gig

A private limited company, also known as a 'Private Limited Liability Company' is one in which the ownership is restricted to a small number of shareholders and cannot be more than 200 members. The shares of a private limited company cannot be dealt with on a stock exchange. Therefore, its shareholder is liable only for their investment in the company. There are strict regulatory requirements for establishing a private limited company. At least two directors should be appointed by the management. And they must have a Director Identification Number that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs will offer. Apart from DIN, a Digital Signature Certificate is also sought at this time. Some prominent documents to be required in such an incorporation process are a Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association both filed through the MCA portal. Upon filing, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs shall issue an incorporation certificate and post the company information on its website. This corporate form has several advantages; for example, it offers limited liability to shareholders, a separate legal identity, and can survive independently from the owners. However, such a corporation is also accompanied by some regulatory compliance requirements; for example, a registered office and annual financial statements.
